Who Can You Say Is Trustworthy?

Hello amigos - Friends, how was your day today? How was Church Service? Most of you are starting their 21-days or two weeks fasting tomorrow. Make sure you stick to it, because there’s no one more trustworthy than God.

Not even Family members, I was expecting my brother to come visit me and my family today from Portharcourt, but I got the disappointment of the day, when my elder sister called to tell me he wouldn’t be able to make it again. What is annoying is the fact that he couldn’t call to tell me himself, (guilty conscience) the reason she gave is understandable, but he could’ve told me. It just goes to show that family members too are not that reliable,  now don’t get me wrong, I love my family to pieces, and my brother is my most handsome bestie, but I am annoyed that he didn’t see it fit to come, after promising us he would, and getting the kids worked up with his intended arrival. I miss my siblings! ah!

The other group that are not so trustworthy are friends, I am a very reserved person, that’s why I don’t make much friends, infact in this Lagos I don’t have anybody I could call my best friend, I’m not too old to have a best friend, mind you, we all need at least one person to call a best friend, that one person that will stand by no matter what.

I used to have one lady in Lagos that I saw or took as a best friend, but she didn’t take me as such, I knew this by her actions and so I had that pocket my bestie card, hehehehe, we are still friend, but I can’t call her my best friend anymore. My neighbors are my new friends, hehehehe.

I used to envy people that has lots of friends, I still do sometimes, but with all the betrayal coming from this so called friends, I just shake my head and say na wa.

Now, I’m not saying friends aren't good, but choose your friends wisely, get a standard that you would want this friend to meet, before you can call this person your friend, most people try to come into our lives to compare, envy or destroy and see what they can gain from us. That’s why we all should have learned how to filter our friends.

Do you have your FF? You should get your Friend Funnel (FF) and filter your friends, and select the good from the bad, then use your seventh sense to do the rest.
